Execution of HVAC and fire protection systems at the Skyland residential tower in Maslak, Istanbul. The project included installation of sheet metal ductwork, ceiling-mounted air conditioning units, and fire protection piping across multiple floors in one of the city's most prominent luxury residential towers.
Skyland Tower in Maslak is one of Istanbul's most prominent luxury residential developments. Our company was responsible for executing all HVAC and mechanical system works across multiple floors of the tower.
The scope of work included fabrication and installation of rectangular galvanized sheet metal ductwork connected to central air conditioning units, as well as installation of ceiling cassette units in open-plan areas and offices. The project also covered fire protection piping networks (red pipes) in compliance with the highest approved safety standards.
Welding and mechanical installation works were carried out with high precision while adhering to the designated timeline, fully coordinated with other on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow without conflicts between disciplines.
